뭔가 피로가 누적되는거 같다. 보통은 이런 순간이 오면 퇴근 후에는 아무것도 하기싫어지는데 사실 제일 힘든게 할 일이 많을때다. 뭔가 내일을 위해 준비하거나 생각해야할게 많은데 몸은 이미 녹초라는게 문제다. 운동을 통해서 활력을 되살리거나 뭔가의 대책이 필요할텐데 가장 어려운건 무기력을 깨는게 아닐까 생각된다. 너무나 당연한 이야기인건가?
