I mean really? Regardless how hard you out your body on stress to workout, the amount of calories burn during workout is hardly noticeable. Imagine, after close to 10 minute workout, only 49kcal burnt according to the smartwatch reading. A bowl of plain rice(not including side dishes nor sauce) that alone already took up 250kcal. How much exercise can we do to burn them off? It's always easier to eat less, eat right to slim down fast compare to workout.
