Whenever I get anxiety attack, I go clean our rice. I remove stuff such as seeds, pebbles and other stuff that comes with the rice that should not be there. I am obsessed with clean, white rice. I hate seeing anything not white in the rice, it pisses me off. Cleaning rice is therapeutic, it stops the noise, it makes me focus on just cleaning rice and it is so satisfying.
In the picture below, I kept all the dirt I found when I cleaned 10 kilos of rice and I placed it in a disposable cup of an instant noodles. I looked at the picture and said to myself, "Wow, this looks like some masterpiece."
